Delivery
This piece is in stock and is dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of your order.
We deliver with Fan Courier in Romania and DHL to other European Union countries. Every parcel is insured, from the moment it leaves us until it reaches you. Complimentary delivery to standard addresses, over 580 RON in Romania and over 760 EUR in other EU countries.
Returns
You may return the piece within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please pack it in the box it arrived in, with all original packaging and accompanying documents. It must show no signs of wear.
For pieces with internationally certified stones (GIA, IGI, HRD, IGL or similar), the original certificate must be returned together with the piece.
If the piece has been altered at your request (resized, engraved, or changed in any other way), it can no longer be returned or exchanged, as it becomes a piece made to your own specifications.
Please do not send the piece back yourself. Once your return request is registered, we will contact you and arrange the collection ourselves, by insured courier, from the address you give us, within 2 working days.
Return transport is free on orders that qualified for complimentary delivery; otherwise the return cost matches the delivery cost and is deducted from the refund.
Within the first 14 days you may also use the Withdrawal form, which records your request with its date and time.
