Premium alloys
Pure gold (also known commercially as fine gold) is referred to as 24 karat gold (24K) and it is very soft which does not make it suitable for everyday jewellery, such as wedding bands. We manufacture jewellery from 14K (585) or 18K (750) gold, and the master alloys we use have a superior quality. This makes the Coriolan wedding bands stronger and with a long-lasting brilliance.

Try before you buy
The main reason why one of the partners is not wearing their wedding band is because the size is not suitable. That is why, at Coriolan you may choose to have trial wedding bands. This service involves creating a pair of brass wedding bands before placing your final order for the ones made of gold. The trial wedding bands have the same size, width, thickness and profile as the gold wedding bands, they have the yellow colour of brass, and do not include the final finish or exterior pattern. We recommend you wear these for a few days to understand if you have water retention, for example, or whether they are suitable and no other adjustments are necessary.
Engraving and personalisation
We allow you to create unique wedding bands and put your personal touch on their design. The majority of our models have width and thickness that can be modified and allow the setting of a variable number of diamonds. Moreover, we can perform laser engraving on the interior and exterior of the wedding bands. You may choose between any text in various fonts, any symbol, finger prints, and even the real electrocardiogram (ECG) of your loved one.

The Coriolan warranty
You can be certain of the quality of the Coriolan wedding bands. These come together with the Warranty and Conformity Certificate which is valid for the first two years, the certificate which testifies the purity of the gold (either 585 for 14K gold or 750 for 18K gold), and, if it is the case, the certificate which testifies the characteristics of the precious stones.

High Precision Stone Setting
The stones in the Coriolan wedding bands are set by experienced setters working with modern tools so that we always provide products of an exceptional quality. The standard diamonds used in wedding bands are natural, brilliant or step cut, of VS clarity (“very slightly included”), which means that they have small inclusions or imperfections that can be noticed by a qualified gemologist upon 10x magnification. The diamonds belong to the colour group DEF, which means they are colourless. Thus, the Coriolan wedding bands contain eye-clean white diamonds at an accessible price. However, it is possible to choose superior diamonds and the price is available upon request.
Strengthening treatment
Over the years, natural signs of wear will appear on your wedding bands and these are nothing else but beautiful memories that tell the story of a unique journey. Many people love their wedding bands the way they are. However, if you are perfectionists and this appearance does not represent you, then we recommend you opt for the thermic treatment that strengthens the surface of the wedding bands when placing your order. This treatment can only be performed under certain conditions that Coriolan meets and only if the wedding bands are made of premium gold alloys like those used by us.
Lifetime service
Just like you have fallen in love and stayed that way, we also wish that our wedding bands stay shiny and beautiful over time. That is why, our yearly maintenance service is free for all wedding bands acquired from the Coriolan boutiques and our online store (excluding orders placed via a third party).
